CNC Operator
Duties:* Load and secure materials in machines for cutting;
* Monitor cutting process and inspect for quality;
* Perform weekly greasing of machines;
* Clean vacuum filters as needed;
* Use of small hand tools.
Required Skills:
* Ability to read a tape measure;
* Task oriented with the ability to maintain focus and complete assigned tasks;
* Strong communicator with other team members and other manufacturing groups;
* Strong organizational skills.
Required Physical Abilities:
* Must be able to handle materials and components between 30 and 60 lbs.
Customer Care Associate
Experience/Education: Some customer service experience preferredDuties: Represent MTM through positive communication with outside sales reps, MTM customers and co-workers to ensure each customer receives a high-quality, accurate and timely product. Most communication is done via phone or e-mail. Oversee orders from discussion phase through order entry, production, shipping, invoicing and order tracking.
Desired Skills: Enjoy interaction with people, good communicator, computer skills (experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word helpful), typing and 10-key, positive personality, organized and able to multi-task, tolerant to frequent high-stress situations.
Designer
Experience/Education: Potential candidates must have a strong portfolio, along with work experience and/or formal education in the design field.Skills:
Required Computer Software Experience in:
o Photoshop
o Illustrator/Freehand
o InDesign
Additional Computer Software Experience a plus in:
o Inventor
o 3D Studio Max (or any 3D modeling experience)
Required Skills & Expectations:
o Illustrate photo-realistic concepts
o Design within material, budget & presentation parameters
o Create manufacturing specifications.
Duties: Primary duty will be to create manufacturing specifications based on photo-realistic concept drawings, remaining within material, budget and presentation parameters. Designers will be expected to communicate effectively with out-of-house salespersons, vendors and clients as well as internal manufacturing departments.
SALES ASSOCIATE
Duties:Strategic Territory Planning
* Develop & implement a sales strategy for assigned sales area, including goals and benchmarks
* Implement & continually evaluate sales strategy for improvement and growth
* Report to designated member of sales team on sales strategy and activities
* Schedule & effectively participate in prospective client meetings and presentations, both at MTM headquarters and on client premises
* Schedule & effectively participate in current account maintenance and annual reviews
Networking
* Attend trade shows as directed
* Participate in all designated sales-related meetings, activities, and webinars
* Ensure assigned iTrack leads are effectively followed up on
Skills:

Developer
Must have:A good working knowledge of C# or Java
Comfortable with Object Oriented programming and HTML
Nice to have:
Ruby or Python experience
CSS and JavaScript experience
SQL, MySQL, or other normalized database experience
Looking for an entry level programmer, 0-3 years experience, who would become part of a team working to automate and simplify existing systems. The candidate must work very well in team environments and have the ability to clearly communicate ideas. S/he should also be able to be creative with solutions and have a real desire to continue to learn and grow.
