Expectations

Expectations

Everyone has expectations.

You expect your employees to fit in with their team; the culture, values and vision. You expect them to put your customers first and to deliver value to your organization every day.

Your employees have expectations as well. In fact, Gallup Q12 says the #1 factor leading to an employee being satisfied is knowing what is expected of them at work. Providing them the right tools and giving them the opportunity to do their best every day ranks second and third. These employee expectations are closely followed by: "In the last seven days, I have received recognition or praise for doing good work."

"Giving people self confidence is by far the most important thing that I can do. Because then they will act."
- Jack Welch

One role of leadership is to regularly rekindle these flames. In order to nurture engaged, productive employees, organizations must fulfill the expectations of belonging, security, opportunity, open communication, and delivering recognition when it is earned. Having employees who are involved and focused positively impacts your organization and your bottom line.

Excellence thrives where it is recognized.

As a leader, you have an expectation to work with a company that offers comprehensive, meaningful, memorable and strategic recognition solutions. We know through years of experience how important recognition is to the success of your organization. Our goal is to exceed your expectations, do our job well and add value to your business. It's the way we do business.
